This project opened my eyes to the world of membership programs and I've been a huge fan ever since! CVS Health is an established front-runner in customer membership, otherwise known as Loyalty & Personalization. For the CVS ExtraCare relaunch, I helped to elevate this high-visibility campaign from ideation concepts to final, multi-channel executions.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborator and presenter on campaign pitch deck
• Elevated ideation options to agency standards
• Partnered with several designers across all deliverables
• Provided legal disclaimers and fine print
• Fulfilled creative and project goals to drive engagement
• Delivered KPI results including redemption rates and sales
